Overview

MCP has over 25 years of experience in K-12 school construction, including planning, pre-referendum services, new school builds, renovations and additions. Because every project is unique and potentially complex, requiring the coordination of architects, engineers, consultants and contractors, and the need to stay on budget and on time, you need an experienced partner to get the job done. We seamlessly handle the team players, funding, permitting, bidding process, and construction all the way through to completion.

MCP has provided Construction Management services to 19 school districts. Subsequently, 12 of those school districts have partnered with MCP for a second project.

We understand the nuances of working with stakeholders and school board members with diverse backgrounds and expectations, who often need guidance in navigating the intricacies of a school construction project. Our track record of working with local subcontractors demonstrates our commitment to supporting the communities and taxpayers of the school districts, regardless of our proximity to the job location.

Whether small or large, MCP adds value to your project and district by providing construction management services on a $50,000 project up to a $40 million project.
