The City of East Peoria hired MCP to be their Owner’s Representative for the new $2.2 million City Hall Building. MCP tailored their typical CM as an Agent services to fit the needs of the City of East Peoria. We provided our typical construction management services during the pre-construction services, including estimating, developing the schedule, creating bid packages, and managing the entire bidding and procurement process. For the construction phase, we provided the necessary project management and supervision to oversee the six (6) different prime contractors.
