MCP provided construction management services during the planning, pre-construction, and construction phases for the new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership. In order to fast-track the project, we had three (3) bid phases, this enabled us to start site improvements, foundations, and procure the long lead-time items such as the precast concrete wall panels and steel. We developed, competitively bid, and managed twenty-four (24) bid packages.
