MCP worked closely with the architect and ownership team to understand the scope of the work as well as the needs of the owners. We developed a construction phasing plan that expedited the completion of the construction activities. We also focused on minimizing the amount of disruption to the owner’s business in order for them to maintain their sales and service areas. We were able to sequence the work and transition work areas in a seamless fashion that worked well for all parties involved.
