Metamora Township Building

MCP was hired as an Owner’s Representative to work with Metamora Township on the planning and conceptual design of a new township building. We assisted the Township with selecting an architect and MCP was also selected to provide construction management services on the project. MCP handled all pre-construction and procurement services including bidding out 13 bid packages. The building consisted of a garage and service area with five (5) large OH doors, a break room and storage area that also served as a storm shelter, a large community room, kitchen, toilet rooms, and four (4) offices. The project also included new site improvements consisting of a new parking lot and site utilities. Construction of the building was a wood post-frame building.
